In your inquiry please include the following information: -Occasion (ex. Wedding, Birthday, Baby shower), -Location if traveling is required -Time to be ready by (if its a wedding then Photographer’s time of arrival)

Booking Policy : A deposit is required to secure your appointment and it will be credited towards your total amount. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE if you cancel. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your scheduled appointment. Delays : There is a 15mins grace period, a late fee of $20 will be charged when a client is more than 15mins late. I reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the client delays 30mins or more and puts me at risk of being late for my next client appointment. If I am still available to complete the service a late fee will still be applied. Cancelations : You may cancel your reservation at any time however you will not get your deposit. If I am unable to perform my duties because of an emergency, 100% of the deposit will be refunded by the original form of payment.

I authorize the MVBeauty may use photos, videos or recording of me for advertising and marketing purposes via web, social media or other means for promotional purposes.
